Patricia Bartel

“My goal is to help relieve the stress associated with completing the financial disclosure initially required in a divorce. The task can appear overwhelming; I enjoy providing guidance and one-on-one assistance to produce accurate and complete information.”

Patricia Bartel graduated with a degree in Accounting from Florida State University. Prior to joining Novey Law, she worked in public accounting for over twenty (20) years. Patricia is currently responsible for assisting clients with financial disclosure and preparation for trial.

Away from the office, Patricia enjoys the beach, boating and her Kindle.

 Tammy Brown Tammy Brown

Tammy Brown is one of the firm's paralegals. She completed her formal paralegal studies at Tallahassee Community College and graduated from Florida State University with a Psychology degree. Before joing Novey Law, Tammy worked in the legal field for over 25 years in various types of law including family law, health care and medical malpractice, criminal, and civil litigation. She has also formerly had her own business closing real estate loans.

During her time outside the office, Tammy enjoys photography, birding and gardening.


Connie Davis 

Connie Davis is the firm's business manager.   Mrs. Davis graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's Degree in General Business.  She also earned her MBA from Georgia State University and is a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner.

In her free time, Connie enjoys sports and spending time with her grandchildren.
