Colleen Mullen Yorio

Colleen Mullen Yorio is a 2012 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law where she was named the National Association of Women Lawyers’ Outstanding Law Student. 

Colleen gained experience in both trials and appeals as an Assistant Public Defender at the Office of the Public Defender for the Second Judicial Circuit of Florida. She then went on to be a Senior Attorney at the Department of Financial Services where she worked in Prosecution and Enforcement of Insurance Agents and Agencies. She then worked for Legal Services of North Florida, first as an attorney, then as Director of Pro Bono and Volunteer Engagement. She worked as an associate at Guilday Law before joining the firm as an associate in 2025. She has extensive trial and appellate experience, including in Marital and Family Law. She is an active member of the Tallahassee Women Lawyers, Tallahassee Bar Association, and the William H. Stafford Inn of Court.
