Powerful Advocacy

AS OF MAY 5, 2020:

Dear Clients and Colleagues: In compliance with CDC guidelines, the team at Novey+Gonzalez has been operating remotely for the last six weeks. The courts will remain closed until July 1, 2020, at the earliest. In order to continue to protect our employees, clients, and the community from the risks of COVID-19,  and after consultation with the Florida Department of Health, we have decided to continue to work remotely. This means that our physical office is closed until further notice. However, our attorneys and staff continue to work full-time and are available to meet by video and phone to ensure that your needs are met.

We will make safe accommodations for necessary in person meetings and signings, as recommended and approved by the handling attorney. Face masks are mandatory for all in person meetings, including with staff. If you do not have a mask, we will make one available to you. If you feel unwell prior to an in-person meeting, we respectfully request that you cancel the meeting. Our attorneys and staff are following the same guidelines.

We recognize the challenges our clients may be facing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and stand ready to rise to those challenges.

From our family to yours,
Novey+Gonzalez Family Law

AS OF MARCH 18, 2020:

As coronavirus concerns continue to evolve, Novey+Gonzalez is following the recommendations of public health officials and government agencies to ensure that we are doing all that is possible for our employees and the local community to remain protected, while continuing to serve our clients’ needs.

After careful consideration, we have made the decision to work remotely through April 1, 2020. Although our physical office is closed, our attorneys and staff remain dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We will be shifting all in-person meetings to virtual conferences, and we are here to assist with any family law concerns you may have during these uncertain times. We encourage our existing clients to rely upon email communication with staff and attorneys to schedule meetings at this time.

Novey+Gonzalez will also continue to schedule new client consultations via video conference or telephone conference.  If you would like to schedule a new client consult, please email Connie Davis at ConnieDavis@noveylaw.com.

We hope you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy.

From our family to yours,
Novey+Gonzalez Family Law
